Your solid understanding of the Salesforce CRM Ecosystem, Administration, Change Management and User Training allows you to support various Business Users and Stakeholders to successfully utilize and adopt the platform in order to achieve DIRTTs objectives and overall success. Your sharp business acumen is evident throughout your daily interactions, whether in a formal business meeting with Executives, or on the phone with reps.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary system administrator and ‘trusted advisor’ for DIRTTs Salesforce.com environment managing approx. 150 users
  • Provide end user support and troubleshooting for issues.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, profile & permission updates, and other operational routine tasks.
  • Design and configure declarative solutions including custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, process builders and flows.
  • Developing a User Adoption Training Strategy and execute training of new users, growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Partner with our Talent Team to produce and facilitate the required salesforce training for users regarding delivered features and scope.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. Manage Sandbox environments to ensure maintained data integrity.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data integrations with other DIRTT Enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new operational support development requests. Using your BA hat to gather the necessary requirements.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing Leaders to build out business processes, and other necessary reports and dashboards
  • Work with our CRM Manager & various business stakeholders to support administrative, development, and change management activities. Assisting with project scope when capacity allows.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure report and dashboard accuracy. Performing deduplication and cleanup procedures.

What you bring:

  • 5 years of experience as a SalesForce.com administrator/super user
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification as well as any of the other cloud certifications is a must
  • Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Strong analysis and decision-making abilities, including problem-solving
  • Strong sense of ownership and desire/ability to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a high-performance team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand and act in accordance with the corporate and team mission, values and principles
