Safety of Savannah employees confirmed
Georgia’s coastal evacuation order was lifted and DIRTT has resumed operations at its Savannah manufacturing facility. With the safety of our people DIRTT’s highest priority, the plant was temporarily closed for three days starting on September 3, 2019, ahead of a mandatory evacuation order affecting Georgia’s coastal areas. We are grateful to confirm all 130 members of our Savannah team are safe.
The DIRTT facility did not sustain damage from Hurricane Dorian. Power and access to the Savannah facility were restored on September 5, 2019 and the plant is now fully operational.
We continue to keep those still in the path of Hurricane Dorian in our thoughts.
