A new partner brings 35 years of experience to Indiana construction

For more than 35 years, central-Indiana based OfficeWorks has been creating great places to work, learn and heal. Now, in addition to being a member of Herman Miller’s certified dealer network, they’ve launched their own interior construction division, BOLTT, in partnership with DIRTT.

“We’re excited to give our clients innovative, custom, adaptable spaces that serve their unique business objectives,” said Tom O’Neil, CEO and chairman of OfficeWorks. “Our partnership with DIRTT provides certainty around schedules and budgets while introducing a more streamlined, sustainable construction process.”

With their headquarters in Fishers, Indiana, just miles from downtown Indianapolis, BOLTT has built a team that’s ready to create inspirational spaces with DIRTT. Spaces where people want to come to work. Scott O’Neil (director of interior construction) Julie Mohamad (designer) and Keith Moore (project manager) know what it takes to build engaging, sustainable spaces that perform today and are flexible for the future.
