When the San Antonio Independent School District set out to breathe new life into an old campus building, flexibility was top of mind. CAST Tech High School works with industry partners to prepare students for careers in technology and business. To flourish, they wanted the space to accommodate a growing student population. If that weren’t enough, the school district was working with an ambitious construction schedule to get students back to learning before the start of the school year.

DIRTT's rapid construction coupled with innate responsiveness made it possible. Creating a dozen classrooms, a handful of conference rooms, admin spaces, teachers lounges and support spaces is one thing. Being able to respond to pedagogy changes is another. With DIRTT’s modular approach they could integrate technology to meet the needs of today while still being able to adapt to changes that come tomorrow.
