Our multi-trade, prefab, modular approach to construction helped Primary ENT create standardized healthcare spaces with a short construction schedule and a long life. Off-site manufacturing not only expedited the project timeline, it provides a way to easily replicate this clinic model in different markets. This offers a unified look, fit, and finish across locations, which is key to a consistent patient experience and efficient retail strategy. With modular electrical systems and a wall system that easily integrates technology, these modern spaces support quick easy upgrades, remote physician consults, and an in-house TV network with content geared directly to patients. While most new clinics need two to three years to reach capacity, Dr. Boone’s Primary ENT clinic reached capacity after being open for just one year.
