Kiewit Headquarters

Kiewit is a massive construction company with a spot on the Fortune 500. They build everything from bridges and dams to oil rigs. So, when they set out to build their new headquarters, it had to be a showstopper. Building out seven floors for their 650 employees meant there was a lot to coordinate. But having worked with DIRTT on their Western Canadian office, they knew that our approach to construction could give them what they needed.

From timber workstations to standalone meeting rooms, Kiewit created a space that supported their staff no matter how they preferred to work. Huddle areas with writable surfaces encourage collaboration. Integrated technology keeps teams connected even when they are working remotely. Leaf™ Folding Walls make gathering spaces more flexible and useful. Those are the obvious things, but when you look closer there are details that set this workplace apart. Rich veneer wall panels. Hidden cornices deliver on fit and finish. Recessed lighting integrates seamlessly with DIRTT wall systems. Not to mention all the DIRTT walls had to be freestanding. It all works together to create a one-of-a-kind space for a company that understands the importance of building something well.
