Allina Health asked us to create efficient surgery centers with a high-end aesthetic. They needed spaces that looked as good as they worked. And, because they were building a series of centers, they needed an approach that was scalable and replicable.

Our Solution
The DIRTT modular construction system delivered on all Allina’s needs. Spaces are created using our proprietary design integration software. Components are then precision manufactured and shipped to the site. Assembly is quick and clean, cutting down timelines and waste. Removable wall panels offer easy access to wiring and plumbing equipment hookups.
Using our reveals to mount accessories on the wall keeps them organized and within easy reach. Integrated displays are protected behind backpainted glass offering an easy-to-clean surface improving infection prevention and control. High-end fit and finishes complete the sleek, modern look. The Lakeville Surgery Center also takes advantage of our ability to handle custom graphics. Visitors are greeted by watercolor murals that span wall panels, center-mounted glass, and sliding doors.
The Impact
The new surgery centers put patients at ease and promote efficient operations. The DIRTT system makes the setup easily scalable. As Allina Health rolls out new surgery centers, they continue to rely on DIRTT to deliver better patient outcomes with elevated aesthetic and functionality.
