The Challenge
Visa's new Global Market Support Centre needed to accommodate more than 1,100 employees on Day One. It also needed to be able to evolve with future changes in commerce and finance.
Our Solution
The new Visa office was designed as a series of neighborhoods. This promoted workflows, but made it crucial that areas were well-defined and acoustically sound. Our back-to-back walls and ceiling lids satisfied both these requirements. They’re just two of the many components in DIRTT’s modular construction system. All our components work together—in any combination. Doors meet wall panels that contain electrical infrastructure in a seamless progression. Displays integrate into wall assemblies offering easy access to technology to accommodate upgrades. As needs change, the pieces can be taken apart and reassembled in new configurations for the ultimate flexibility.
The Impact
Form and function work hand in hand in this space. The new neighborhoods facilitate and elevate collaboration. The new aesthetic—custom finishes, sleek low-profile glass walls, high-end fit—reflects Visa's brand. More importantly, Visa's employees get the functionality they need to do their jobs efficiently.
