Set showroom to stun
Sometimes, it’s all about the look. Between custom brand colors, multi-layered windows and integrated displays, OpenRoad Toyota had a specific vision for their new space. In addition to being one of their biggest showrooms in Canada, this flagship dealership had to be a showpiece. A space that brought the wow like no other. This combination of aesthetic and performance was why they turned to DIRTT.
Our modular prefab approach makes every project a custom job. That put OpenRoad Toyota in the driver’s seat to make this space their own. Wrapping the elevator core in floor-to-ceiling Toyota red. Accommodating slat-wood ceilings. Outfitting a meeting room with a massive array of nine displays. DIRTT’s fine-tuned approach delivered on fit and finish in a way that conventional construction couldn’t. Now they have a space that welcomes customers, engages staff and drives sales.
DIRTT (Doing It Right This Time) has done-it-right by delivering on their design promise with good quality, schedule certainty and cost control during the construction phase of this project. Both staff and customers share the performance benefits of this
