The Denver Bureau of Reclamation wanted a major refresh. Eleven floors worth. They needed a clean modern look that could serve the hundreds of people working there. Building 67 at the Denver Federal Center dated back to the ’60s, but it had good bones. How could they make the most of the existing building? DIRTT had the solution.
It started with a low-profile access floor. This allowed modular quick-connect power to be used throughout. The floor is designed to install electrical systems fast, but also offers flexibility for the future. And although it’s only two and a half inches off the floor, with custom perforated steel grills, it allows airflow to the perimeter heating system.
