One of the things the team at Pilot Inc. loved about their offices was the exposed southern yellow pine ceiling. When they were retrofitting, they wanted a way to amplify the warmth of the existing ceiling by bringing those tones further into the space. It had to be cohesive and continuous. That’s when they decided on DIRTT timber frame.
