A boutique financial services company with a 15-year history, Lighthouse Financial was building a new home. Purchasing land a few blocks away from their existing space, the founder wanted to create a space that offered clear sight lines and design uniformity. After seeing the DIRTT Construction System at play at Pascal Heat and Air, he knew it would be a good fit for Lighthouse.

DIRTT Glass Walls gave the office lots of natural light, while encouraging connection and collaboration among the team. Embedded displays in the offices gave everyone the benefit of a second monitor, while acting as a presentation screen for client visits. In communal areas, double oversize sliding doors created an easy flex space that could be intimate for small meetings or open up the space to the break room for higher attendance lunch-and-learn events. Walls in custom blue support their brand, as does a custom-milled MDF panel in the reception area that mimics waves crashing against their lighthouse logo. On top of that, Lighthouse’s founder saw a radically reduced construction schedule. Next door, his business partner was building out a similar space conventionally, and it took weeks longer. With a punch list that was completed in a matter of weeks instead of months, DIRTT offered Lighthouse Financial real return on investment.
