Powers of Arkansas

Back in 2022, Powers of Arkansas used DIRTT to build out their Building Automation and Controls department offices in Little Rock. They converted warehouse space into offices using our prefabricated, modular construction system shaved weeks off their construction schedule. Two years later, when this HVAC company commissioned a new building in Springdale for their growing sales and support team, they wanted the same kind of speed. With industry-best lead times and quick installation, DIRTT was able to get them in eight weeks faster than conventional construction. But Day One was only the beginning.

Once the Powers team was in, they were able to make a statement with their cutting-edge space. Glass walls provided natural light, solid walls offered a durable finish, and the wall assemblies protected embedded technology. With televisions behind writable glass, conference rooms become even more efficient. Sharing digital floorplans on a display, collaborators could draw right on the glass to get everyone on the same page quickly.

Over time, the building continued to evolve with them. A few weeks in, team members realized there were small adjustments to the space that could make their day to day easier. Since DIRTT is designed for disassembly and reconfiguration, walls and doors could be reconfigured in less than a day without downtime or drywall dust. And that, as owner Alan Hope says, “really makes the team happy.”
