In the wake of the pandemic, this media company wanted to reduce their square footage and support a hybrid work style. With a lease on one of their existing buildings set to expire, the clock was ticking on this construction project. To meet their deadline, they built with DIRTT.

Moving all their staff into one building gave them plenty of space to transform the other. At the same time the base building was being prepared, DIRTT was creating timber structures and wall assemblies in their factories, compressing the construction schedule in the process. To create a space with a high-end aesthetic that supported their in-person and remote employees, they created a series of tech-enabled meeting rooms and huddle spaces. Post-and-beam Timber provided free-standing structures to support employee flexibility. In-person huddles could be comfortable. Online conferences could be easy, and a Leaf Folding Wall^® allowed them to transform space in seconds to accommodate the size of meeting. It’s a space built for today, ready to adapt for tomorrow, and all completed on schedule.
