Overcoming infrastructure constraints
This financial institution knew they had work to do when planning their new space. Taking over an existing building that had been vacant for years comes with challenges. The atrium had problematic acoustics and power infrastructure was nearly non-existent. This made a conventional buildout a non-starter. The DIRTT approach to construction, though, offered solutions.
The lack of electrical in the base building was no issue. A raised access floor paired with DIRTT's quick-connect power allowed for easy installation. Strategic use of DIRTT acoustic walls and ceilings meant the space would sound as good as it looks. DIRTT also allowed the latest technology to be seamlessly integrated into the wall cavity. Bringing it all together elevated the aesthetics and customer experience to the highest level. It’s a state-of-the-art space that can adapt with the organization as they evolve.
I love my office. I can't believe how well it works!Brent Dunton, VP Business Management
